Promote an inclusive culture by advocating for diversity initiatives and ensuring diverse voices are represented in discussions and decision-making processes. Monitor and analyze feedback to continuously improve ERG offerings and align them with organizational goals. Serve as a role model and mentor, providing guidance and support to members navigating their career and growth.
