Own category level strategy and delegating category projects across 30 product categories, implementing company and buying strategy in day-to-day organization of the buying department as well as inter-department task delegating. Independently trading the range, owning critical path management, product selection and launch processes. Work on all product development projects from start to finish, including onboarding suppliers. Maintaining pricing margins and strategies, with consideration to wider profit and loss, selecting sale and clearance skus and owning web and trade pricing. Independently manage supplier relationships and negotiations to successfully execute company strategy projects delegated by Managing Director.

In my role as Assistant Buyer at Early Years Resources, I successfully manage the critical path of product launches to ensure optimal sales performance. By conducting market research and sales analysis, I procure products and developed own brand items to meet customer needs. Additionally, I am due to start to represent the company at key trade shows to maintain existing supplier relationships.
