New York investment banking veteran with an experience of over 30 years and deep knowledge spanning international credit, trade and project finance, corporate finance, real estate investment, private equity and venture capital investment. Prior to joining the senior management team at Mindteck, I managed the investment advisory subsidiary of Bahrain-based TAIB Bank. Majored in Finance and Investment Analysis at Bernard M. Baruch College. I held the NASD Series 63 and 7 licenses and hold numerous certifications in various disciplines related to investment banking and asset management. As President of Mindteck, Inc, and a Non-Executive Director of Mindteck India, Ltd, I am responsible to implement and monitor Mindteck’s growth strategy and managing all operational aspects of Mindteck, Inc., a 100% owned USA subsidiary of Mindteck (India) Limited.
