With an IT background and 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Service Delivery, I am eager to explore real-world applications of Business Analytics and Business Intelligence. During my co-op at Hydro One, I contributed to strategy planning, reliability, and analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. This experience allowed me to integrate my IT expertise, developed through a Bachelor of Technology, with advanced analytical skills gained during my MBA studies. I possess strong technical competencies in SQL, Python, and data visualization using Power BI, complemented by IT Project Management, technical specification drafting, and certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking and Agile methodologies from IBM. These skills, combined with my previous experience, have prepared me to address complex challenges through innovative analytics solutions.
