Contributing to Square for Restaurants across Square Register, Square Terminal, iPad, and consumer Android mobile devices, notably including the buildout of table-side ordering on Square Terminal.

Managed the full-stack web team that comprised the majority of the customer-facing Heap application, including eventually scaling the team through hiring and splitting it into three teams: Insights, Evangelize, and Growth. At this point, I managed the Insights team, which owned the analytics stack at the core of Heap's product offering and the Evangelize team, which owned most other customer-facing interactions such as definition and report management, performance, and account management.
