Provide comprehensive dental hygiene duties and non-surgical periodontal treatment including the following: prophylaxis, debridement, scaling/root planing, periodontal evaluation and charting, film and digital radiography, tobacco/substance use cessation, nutritional counseling, oral self care assessment and instruction, and local anesthesia. Consult with dentist(s) regarding patient treatment planning, and contribute to a team atmosphere, assisting all co-workers to increase efficacy and enhance productivity.

Represent OFSA to our referring dental practices and to the public. Implement practice development strategies to differentiate our Oral Surgeons from the competition by building their reputation of excellence, integrity, and top notch patient care through educational meetings and marketing materials. Cultivate and develop new patient volume through various marketing channels including referral relationships, but prospective and current, seminars and receptions, patient education events, advertising, and local website content.
