I am Discussing with relative department colleagues and inform to them Inspection and spraying Problems. 4. Every day I am following the Inspection & Spraying related defects target and I am checking the everyday sorting analysis report and discussing with Inspectors & Sprayers, how to do improve quality and how to decrease the defects. 5. Every day I am Preparing the shift wise Spraying report and sorting defect analysis report and discussing with sprayers and section head. 7. Every day I am sharing new ideas to Asst. Manager and taking ideas from him, and discussing about Production plan, Quality, manpower and machine working condition. 8. I am giving support to My related departments to Improve the Quality and Quantity without any disturbance to their job and without any complaint through them. 9. Every shift I am checking the manpower Present & Absent list, inspection & spraying reports and sending the reports to Asst. General Manager.
