Após o ciclo na Sion, fui realocado para outro projeto dentro da ScrumLaunch, desta vez atuando como Tech Lead na SmartFlyer - empresa referência no segmento de viagens de luxo e experiências exclusivas ao redor do mundo. Durante esse período atuei no ecossistema da Sion, focado em profissionais de turismo e hospitalidade, contribuindo principalmente no projeto Supplier Program - iniciativa criada para conectar fornecedores de forma mais integrada ao ecossistema da plataforma. A stack envolvia Ruby, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, testes automatizados e integrações com plataformas de terceiros. Foi uma fase intensa e extremamente interessante para a empresa. AI-First initiative and real-time event tracking. I led the design and development of an AI-First user-event tracking platform with real-time decisioning via Socket.IO. - Built a production-grade Socket.IO layer to emit real-time events and drive on-page personalization. - Co-developed two OpenAI-powered agents: Buyer (purchase intent) and Behavior (real-time behavior). - Created a client-side “Tracker JS” (API-key based) to capture events and stream them to the socket. - Helped build the configuration UI (Lovable) and service backend (Cursor). - Implemented MongoDB Atlas with KeyVal (DigitalOcean) cache, favoring cost and simplicity over Redis. - Designed the deployment architecture and pipelines on Fly.io for dev/prod environments and global scale.
