As the first PM, I strongly helped build the product team and grow the product culture - Support culture shift, enhance agile processes and tools used by the product and engineering teams - Roadmap definition in alignment with company and business goals - Recruitment of 4 Product owners and 1 Product designer - Improve processes and strategy for roadmap definition, go-to-market and opportunity assessments

Helped shape the Program Management discipline as the second TPM of the company. Organized the work of multiple engineering teams into functional squads to ship product improvements, and build new technical capabilities. • Providing strategic guidance and expertise to define custom engineering solutions in various engineering fields (backend, web and mobile app development, infrastructure, IT systems) • Leading multiple software development projects in parallel from early definition to launch, through day-to-day execution with Agile methodologies • Driving the go-to-market motion as the primary point of contact between Business teams, Engineering, Product and Support to ship new features to Customers • Prioritizing engineering work, and balancing building for now and building for the future • Filling the gaps into our product and processes with the goal of improving the organization’s performance

• Recruited, trained and managed 2 product managers to support the product roadmap and growth into new markets • Partnership creation – kicked-off the product management of a new range of smart home appliances with Bubendorff, and onboarded 1 product manager on the project

I joined the company to lead the product management of “Celiane with Netatmo” an innovative range of smart switches and power outlets co-developed with LEGRAND. • Built a 2 years roadmap and led the product development cycle end-to end, from early design to launch • Worked closely with Marketing to validate the needs, define the whole product experience with a strong focus on providing a best-in-class User Experience • Led a cross-functional team of 20+ software engineers (embedded, Cloud, UX designer, mobile apps iOS, Android & Web) through daily execution • Partnership management – coordinated with partner 10+ hardware engineers (mechanics, electronics, industrialization, production) • Drove the market motion with Marketing and Customer service teams in France and Italy as the product expert – providing regular product trainings and aligning 60+ people on deadlines until launch In 2017, the product was awarded by 2 CES Innovation Awards – ‘Smart Home’ & ‘ Home Appliances’ categories. In January 2018, the product was pre-launched in a partnership with the major player BNP Real Estate, delivering the first connected building in France integrating the solution. After partnering on the solution, Legrand acquired Netatmo in November 2018.
