As a Senior Repair Technician, I work on 1U and 2U blade servers, desktop and laptop systems, as well as embedded computer solutions, and use advanced knowledge of hardware & software to repair complex issues. I would develop and implement repair procedures as necessary to decrease the time needed to repair a system. As a Senior Test Technician, I would setup and update systems to customer specifications.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Tester for NSTL, I would perform tests for basic functionality according to the developer’s user guide, compliance to the BREW platform and the BREW permission levels, interaction with core phone functions, and compatibility with a subset of target phones, accessories and other applications. I would write test reports on minor issues or major errors that cause an application to fail testing, test for basic product and network functionality in compliance to client's platform, and apply standard test plans to cell phone applications.

I created Access forms for databases and would install and setup software programs for end-users. I would use Norton Ghost to create images for new PC’s.
