01) Coordinate and facilitate the approved acquisition of goods and services, raising Purchase Orders (POs), goods and invoice receipting, and assisting the Procurement Manager in the preparation of bid invitations. 02) Ensure proper maintain and operation of Accessories Store (like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch). 03) Responsible for the planning, Scheduling recording, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of all maintenance activities. 04) Takes daily, weekly ,monthly, half yearly and annual inventory and make reports. 05) Maintain record of the items of the store in stock register and in spreadsheet and keep records up to date. 06) Supervise loading & unloading procedure of all materials/goods/commodities and keep record. 07) Overseeing & Maintaining accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking as per procedure. 08) Monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the goods are stored correctly, safely, retrieval and timely delivery. 09) Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Concern Dept. & liaison with Commercial Dept. for Shipment in time and liaison with maintain optimum stock level. 10) Contact vendors or agency representatives to inquire about existing and new product information, solicit bids, develop requests for quotations; and confer with vendors regarding damaged goods, delayed payments or related information.
