Working as a Mechanical Incharge at Partex Tissue Limited, I supervise mechanical foremen and technicians, ensuring efficient maintenance and operation of all plant machinery. I have hands-on expertise in operating Lathe, Radial Drill, and Doctor Blade Grinding machines. My responsibilities include machine installation during the erection phase, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mechanical maintenance of production machines such as Chain Conveyor, various Pumps, Agitator, Refiner, Deflaker, Fan Pump, Headbox Screener, Suction Press Roll, Yankee Dryer, Pop Reel, and Vacuum Pump. I also manage utility systems including Boiler, Generator, Compressor, Gearbox, and both Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. Additionally, I oversee converting machines like Toilet, Facial, Napkin, Pocket Wallet, and TMC packing machines, along with cooling towers, blowers, lubrication systems, and effluent treatment systems. I maintain proper documentation including machine checklists, log sheets, spare parts lists, and purchase requisitions for smooth mechanical operations.

Worked as a Shift In-Charge (Mechanical Maintenance) at Akij Particle Board Mills Ltd. under Akij Economic Zone, supervising mechanical foremen and technicians. Responsible for machine installation during the erection period, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment such as Chipper, Flaker, Screener, Dryer, Forming, Press, Sanding, Melamine lines, Boiler, Generator, Compressor, ETP, and Glue Plant. Proficient in operating Lathe, Milling, Shaper, and Radial Drill machines. Managed mechanical systems including Gearboxes, Blower Fans, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, various types of pumps, and pipeline fabrication. Ensured smooth shift operations and proper mechanical upkeep across all systems.

Worked as an Assistant Operation Engineer at PRAN Industrial Park under the PRAN-RFL Group in the PCL Engineering Department. Responsible for mechanical maintenance and smooth operation of machinery across multiple production plants including Bubble Gum, Chocolate, and Candy. Maintained and troubleshooted equipment such as Mixers, Extruders, Cooling Tunnels, Wrapping Machines, Small Bucket Elevators, Jar Filling & Blowing Machines, Belt & Dices Conveyors, Cooling Towers, and Compressors. Also handled all related mechanical systems including various types of Pumps, Gearboxes, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations.
