• Sourcing and confirming the order. • Developing products on current fashion trends on a given range plan. • Backing yarn, fabrics and trims to Manage MOQ challenge to secure future orders. • Managing trigger date to secure the launce date. • Arrange to send lab dips, fabrics quality, fit samples, print strike off, embroidery and others application to customer for approval. • Following varieties kind of samples making, submission and collect approval comments and proceed next steps as per the customer requirements. • Space booking with all vendors. • Progressing with supplier, office staff & buyer counterpart. • Monitoring production and submission.

• Analyzing technical spec sheet and price structure. • Sourcing supplier, trims and fabrics and solving all the development samples submission. • Day to day communication with team members, vendors, forwarders and customers. • Anticipating and solving the issues on the way to ensure the best order collection and execution for on time shipment. • Arrange to submit lab dips, fabrics quality, fit samples, print strike off, embroidery and others application for approval. • In house all the materials in due time to ensure the production flow smooth. • Arrange size set samples and conducting production meeting with the production team. • Documentation and reporting based on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis inquiry, development, order sheet, shipment status.
