Checking Tech packs to review garment construction and advising customer about all the production variables in order to avoid any conflict between pre-production samples and bulk production, Follow up and develop all the stages of samples (Proto, Development, Fit, Size Set, and PP, PDM & PLM, etc.) Conduct PP Meetings with Suppliers, Knowledge of garments wash, shrinkage, fabric bowing, twisting, color rubbing & lab test report, Review first of production compare with reference or PP sample, approved swatch, trims card & also Buyer requirements, Analysis the risk assessment style on basis of critical process, Develop and implement of standard operation procedure (SOP) Quality guideline for the process and finish Quality as per customer Demand, How to verified defects in manufacturing process and helping the QC Inspector on their checking procedures, Monitoring the quality of product through the various stage of production. Follow- up on Sample development Monitoring Yarn, Fabric inspection as well as trims inspection team. Ensuring cut panel inspection and cut accuracy more over marker quality,Doing Metal control & Metal Detection Audit In the Factory, Ensure all safety requirements for the children`s product, Knowledge of safety issues for pull test & Needle detector machine, Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling, Any major problem know how to making a CAP (corrective action plan) Route cause analysis and provide solution, evaluate product Quality & Improve Quality Standard, To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP. and Doing Trial cut/First Inline Mid Line,Pre Final Inspection & Final Inspection at Buyer preferred AQL, accurate and detailed Inspection and audit reports with computer/analysis. and All Order Shipment on time, Daily Report Submit to Head of Quality responsible person by E-mail. Good Communication with Merchandising Team and Quality Team. Handling Brands: Primark, Sainsbury’s, Suzy Shier, Max, Matalan, T.J Morris.

Responsible for whole Quality, starting from the received of raw material till the shipment. Responsible to review Client SOP & setting, publishing, and following the SOPs. Handling multi-products like Knit &Woven, Sweater & lingerie,& Home products with multiple styles/categories Set Quality objectives and Benchmarks for the team and a roadmap to achieve the objectives.Size set and Initial product review,pattern amendment & shrinkage wise pattern making.Arrange P.P meeting Internal / External before starts bulk production & discuss about buyer P.P comments. Follow up Dry and Wet Process and Review 1st Bulk Lot and Discussed with washing Team for Improvement.Solved any kind of Quality issue & take decision raised in the factory.Maintain DHU level based on company Goals.Defect Analysis and take Corrective Action to Reduce Defect. Responsible to train, motivate & supervise the quality team to meet the objectives. Pilot Run Follow up & Discussed Pilot Run Finding with with Merchandising, technical, IE,and Production Lead the company to achieve the quality goals and facilitate follow-up or corrective action where necessary, Reduce Kill garments & Cut to Ship Improvement Wash Product 97 to 98% and Non wash product 99% Trained Quality & Audit Team for Improvement.Coordinate with buyer Representative.On time final Inspection with 98% to 100% pass rate.Daily basis all work follows up.Other Quality related all jobs. Communicate with both head office and factory Merchant team and working with planning department to ship the goods on time. Follow up all type of sample Check the Measurements/Dummy Fitting/Approve Pattern etc,Conformity Sample Technical points checking,Communication with Supplier regarding the Technical check points to be followed in Production,Risk analysis to secure garments workmanship & quality in Bulk,Capacity and production planning,Preproduction meeting, Pilot production and Inline inspection,Final Inspection Management and report review to make decision of Shipment,Social and Technical audit along with CAP follow up with Suppliers,New supplier Sourcing audit and Supplier development program,Conduct a risk assessment of all samples at the initial stage,Check the workmanship, measurements & fitting & identify problems or potential problems on offer samples/style samples/Red seal sample/Gold seal sample,Strengthen the cooperation with the local office Merchandiser, QC teams,CAD,Pattern makers, Production people in order to secure the best products for bulk production Strengthen the cooperation with the Hong Kong team in order to secure the best products for bulk production,Basic knowledge about Lectra/ Gerber software,To deal with Merchandiser independently for all the development activities,To arrange all kinds of fabric,To get ready the sample for various exhibition & display to buyer at different global location,After getting sample comments start analyze the technical request from buying office together with fit responsible &revert to BO if anything unclear,Help fit responsible to secure equal fit & technical details for specific styles,Help secure that the technical solutions are workable for the sample & add information when needed,Checking the fitting (Dummy,Workmanship, quality,grading of the garments,To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution& shipment orders,Make risk assessment sheet for production line.
