Leading the Human Resources function at BSRM Group of Companies, Bangladesh’s foremost steel manufacturer with over 73 years of industrial excellence and a footprint across Bangladesh, India and Hong Kong. With an annual turnover of $1.7 billion and 9 manufacturing plants producing 2.4 million tons of steel annually, BSRM continues to play a significant role in building the nation’s infrastructure. In my role as Head of HR, I work with a Passionate Team to drive the people strategy, enable HR transformation, strengthen talent acquisition, foster leadership development, and embed a culture of Collaboration, Diversity and Continuous Learning.
