I have spent 14 years working inside the logistics and transport operations of Bangladesh, starting from the ground level and building up to leading full-scale supply chain functions at a group company. At Shanin Group, I manage transport operations, fleet systems, vendor relationships, and distribution planning for a team of 65+ logistics personnel. My work is focused on one thing: making operations run better without spending more. That has meant cutting annual fuel and logistics costs by 13%, improving on-time delivery rates by 40% through GPS-based fleet scheduling, and building KPI systems that give management real visibility into what is actually happening on the ground. I have always believed that good logistics decisions come from good data. That belief has shaped how I work and how I develop the people around me. On the professional development side, I hold a PGDSCM from BIM, a CSCL from V Care Academy Canada, and an FNM from IBA at the University of Dhaka.
