Job Responsibilities:- • Manage the overall procurement of Foreign & Local Mechanical Items and Manufacturing items of Cement Factory, Paper Mills, Ready-Mix Plant, Mosquito coil plant, Toiletries Plant, New projects (WTP, ETP, IR Plant), Ship Building, Fork lift and Machine Servicing in a cost-effective manner and as per quality standards. • Execute purchase as per purchase order & keep proper documentation in Accordance with company policies & procedures. • Reduce cost on quoted value through vendor interaction and price negotiation. • Ensure on-time delivery of all spare parts & technical equipment • Ensuring bill processing and vendor payment. • Prepare all kinds of Bill of purchase accurately by receiving challanand submit to the accounts department within stipulated time frame. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly works report and provide updatesto the line manager timely. • Analyze previous purchase history and setup of recording level. • Visit market for the verification of price and quality of the product.

Job Responsibilities:- • The overall procurement of Spare parts of Automobile (Around 200 nos vehicle's like TATA, Eicher, Ashok, JAC, Foton, Mahindra, ISUZU etc spare parts, New commercial and light Vehicles purchase, Motor cycle and its spares purchase, tractor purchase) & Technical equipment of Poultry Feed Mill (Poultry & Fish feed mills all kinds of spare parts like, Mechanical, Electrical, Boiler spares, Generator Spares, Pneumatic Spares, Stationary, IT, Tools & Hardware, Belt, Bearing, Lubricants, Sheet, Angle, Repair Maintenance etc) Spare parts in a cost-effective manner and as per quality standards & specifications. • Reduce cost on quoted value through vendor interaction and price negotiation. • Ensure on-time delivery of all spare parts & technical equipment • Ensuring bill processing and vendor payment. • Prepare all kinds of Bill of purchase accurately on ERP Software by receiving challan and submit to the accounts department within stipulated time frame. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly works report and provide updates to the line manager timely. • Analyze previous purchase history and setup of recording level. • Manage the sourcing of vendors in each segment and prepare contingency plan accordingly • Visit market for the verification of price and quality of the product.

Job Responsibilities :- ⦁ Factory operation and maintenance. ⦁ Maintain all kinds of preventive & regular maintenance. ⦁ Troubleshoot, repair & maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment. ⦁ Ensure efficiency and quality production. ⦁ Spare parts monitoring for proper operation. ⦁ Cooperation with all relevant departments to ease operational activities. ⦁ Prepare various reports. ⦁ Adequate knowledge in generator and boiler maintenance.
