Involved in each development issues by communicating with supplier & Buyer until approval. -Ensure all testing quality passed as per Buyer requirement. -Communicate regularly with merchandiser, ensure prompt feedback to resolve fabric related issues. -Address and follow up with supplier for any claims or quality issue, & ensure that claims are recovered. -Maintain detailed database of purchase history for all fabric suppliers. -Produce quarterly supplier wise turnover figures. -Identify and source fabric qualities which are of strategic importance. -Any other task provided by the Management time to time. -Currently working with Mango, Lidle, Pull & Bear, A&F etc.

* Leading team to execute all Development & Bulk Activities * Work with R&D team to Develop New Fabric Quality with various types of finish. * Fabric Costing * Communicate with end customer and designer to fulfill their requirement * Prepare Fabric Specification Sheet, Strike-Off/Hand Loom/Lab-Dip Submission with required technical data * Solve Fabric Technical problems during Development & Production stage * Arrange Fabric Test Report in both in-house & 3rd Party Lab * Independently correspond with the End Customers( JCPenney & VF Asia ) and vendors. * Work closely with the factories to ensure that per-production and raw materials are managed to meet agreed delivery date. * Maintains an excellent co-ordination with production, planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment
