I am Originally from Bangladesh.I am employed as a printing and packajing in the Production & QA Departmnet at Mark Wrapper Printing industries Ltd.( Rotogravure print equipment and suppliers). I have completed a Four-Year Bsc in EEE Engineering from the University Of Information Technology & Sciences. My Experience and skills in the packajing industry to optimize the production process, enhance the product quality and increas the customer satisfaction. including # Gravure, Offset, Flexography, Flexible and sustainable Food packajing & pharmaceutical packajing, quality control, product development, Ink manufacturing, Research & Development. my proficiency in continuous improvement, waste reduction and operational excellence. I have strong in data quality control, data analytices.my mission is to deliver high- quality and sustainable plastic and packaging solutions that create valu and impact. I am open to opportunities worldwide and enthusiastic about contributing my expertise to any organization Job responsibilites: > Determine quality control standards of raw materials, packajing materials & finished goods. > Monitor, Control and utilize the manpower machine and material for optimum productivity. > Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. > Focus on wastage reduction and improve productivity. > Maintain "5s" as per standard. > Maintain the inventory for necessary products in the production floor. > Maintain cleaning of all area of production floor. > manpower set up as per layout and monitor the operations. > perform trouble shooting of all machine. > Strictly maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly production target. > Plan, coordinate and control production process. > Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of production. > Build relationship with production people for smooth operation. > Resolving technical problem during production. > Documenting, specification creating production schedule reports and analysis.
