About
I am a Project Management professional with over 9+ years of experience in execution and management of EHV substation projects (AIS & GIS) ranging from 132 kV to 765 kV. I hold an M.Tech in Construction Planning and Management and currently work as Assistant Manager – Project Management with Amara Raja Infra Private Limited on the 765/400/220 kV PGCIL Bidar Substation Project. I have hands-on experience in end-to-end project execution, covering planning, scheduling, site coordination, cost control, procurement tracking, billing, and EOT management. My role involves close coordination with clients such as PGCIL, consultants, OEMs, and multiple subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within approved budgets. My technical exposure includes civil and electrical works, such as land development, control room and switchgear buildings, transformer and equipment foundations, structural erection, earthing systems, equipment and panel erection, cable laying and termination, and coordination for testing and commissioning activities. I am proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning and progress monitoring and have strong capabilities in risk identification, resource planning, contractor management, and client reporting. I have worked with reputed organizations including Amara Raja Infra, Linxon, KPIL, AESL, and Alfanar, which has given me exposure to diverse execution practices and international standards. At this stage of my career, I am looking to take full responsibility as a Project Manager on large EHV substation projects, where I can add value through disciplined project controls, strong execution leadership, and effective stakeholder management. I am open to opportunities across India and international locations.
