To solve customer problems and requests by the use of Good quality products by a combination of approaches – verbal advice, lab based projects, customer visits and the production of data sheets. 2. To identify new product opportunities or new applications of existing products through customer contact and market knowledge. 3. To strong relationships with senior technical staff at key customers, trade associations and suppliers. 4. To preparation of new work or new product development due to customer or development projects to determine whether the product is feasible. To Providing of requests to lab technicians, organization of process and communication of reports internally and externally. 5.To ensure all lab work is carried out efficiently and in a way most relevant to customer needs through the use of modern formulations and test methods. 6.To good project leadership of multiple projects and communication skills in managing and completing projects in a timely fashion including presentation of the completed work to customers 7.To provide input on technical and marketing communications to promote the growth of the Paints business. 8. To support the development of technical knowledge, sales tools and training programs for internal and distributor use and for presentations to customers. 9. To investigation of customer complaints and solve the complain. 10. Technical training of sales and distributors. 11. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time in the Critical region.

1. Conduct research & development activities to develop new products as per market demand. 2. Improve Existing product quality. 3. New raw material evaluation & comparative study. 4. Ensure supplied RM quality. 5. Ensure Product quality and then sent it QC Department. 6. Developed procedure, instrument, recording & testing system to be used in experiments. 7. Ensuring & reducing the cost of formulation and scale up new product from lab scale to production level. 8. At first I alaways maintain the base paper when I am going to production & become ensure that raw materials are availabe. 9. I am following every time when i am manufacture the water and solvent base product that finish product have smoothly packing. 10. Alaways I do production as per market dimand which are first priority. 11. Complete daily production target according to market demand.

1. Mainly I am working in the Lab. 2. I can check all kind parameter of paints. 3. To test new raw material, supply raw, evaluation report, mailing, new product development. 4. I have to control all kind of ducument, All kind of paint STD, Also introduce to new kinds of paint.
