1. Identify site hazards and non-conformances and log the details of the observations on the daily observation register. 2. Ensure that contractor personnel are working following the company's existing safety policies and standards and check their valid, certified, calibrated equipment from authorized organizations before entering these to the plant. 3. Perform Risk Analysis on various tasks. 4. Monitor hot work and advise on fire/explosion prevention; provide field guidance on permits, high-risk activities, and safe work practices. 5. Assess working platforms and certify them before use, like scaffolds and suspended platforms. 6. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous and report immediately to the plant-in-charge of any serious safety breaches that place workers in life-threatening situations. 7. Train up all workers/staff/employees on fire safety, protection, fighting and First Aid on demonstration basis to make the mission successful. Ensure that each and every employee (daily basis, regular, irregular) is trained on basic safety training & fire extinguisher use. 8. Immediate response to incidents and emergencies that occur on-site and providing first aid. 9. Arrange and record valid certifications for all plant machinery, equipment, and tools with the help of authorized companies. 10. Ensure appropriate safety and emergency signs, pictogram and auditable messages as per OSHA and ANSI where applicable. 11. Regularly inspect all type of fire protection and detection system such as Fire panel, smoke detectors, fire hydrants & Monitor, fire doors, fire fighting apparatus, etc. 12. Ensure valid all legal papers & IMS Certification up to date. 13. Create and disseminate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports such as accident investigation reports, near-miss incident reports, and safety reports, including recommended preventive action for control of hazards to appropriate personnel in time.

1. Develop and implement safety culture in all over the plant as per standard in accordance with BLR 2006. 2. HIRA & JSA of Steel Melting and Rolling Procedure. 3. Implement Fire Safety Plan. 4. Conduct EHS Trainings for Employees and Safety Induction for New Joiners, Visitors and Contractors' Workers. 5. Monitor Activities of Project Works, schedule maintenance and maintain PTW. 6. Conduct monthly EHS Audit, Fire Mock Drill, Emergency Evacuation Mock drill and suggest control measures. 7. Investigate incident or near-misses and lead root cause analysis and Enforce safety standards and processes. 8. Create and share a formal OHS Policy and drive employee engagement and meaningful involvement. 9. Perform regular patrols, inspections, evaluations, and/or walk-throughs of facilities and/or properties. 10. Conduct TBM and other ongoing learning opportunities for staff. 11. Organize and maintain all safety and compliance-related forms. 12. Stop unsafe behaviors and lead the safety committee. 13. Verify, approve and submit injury logs and reports to the Government. 14. Review and approve subcontractor plans and safety standards. 15. Record, investigate, and follow-up/track incidents to determine cause and to handle workers' compensation claims. 16. Maintain leading and lagging indicators and other metrics for the GPH Ispat ltd. that can be used to support safety, safe practices, and employee engagement in general. 17. Perform environmental inspections to assess the environmental compliance. 18. Respond to inquiries or complaints of any employees and stakeholders regarding EHS practices and operations. 19. Participate in evaluating new methods to minimize environmental impact. 20. Support for relevant environmental regulatory information in support of action planning. 21. Assist to internal and external auditors during environmental audits. 22. Ensure proper notification of all environmental incidents. 23. Monthly report preparation and communication to EHS Manager.

1. Conduct routine EHS inspections and audits across operational areas to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks. 2. Monitor compliance with local laws, statutory requirements, and international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). 3. Identify workplace hazards and support risk assessments and control measures. 4. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences; prepare incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 5. Ensure proper use, availability, and condition of PPE and safety equipment. 6. Support implementation and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and permits-to-work systems. 7. Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee training programs. 8. Monitor fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and participate in emergency drills and mock exercises. 9. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe work practices. 10. Report EHS performance, inspection findings, and compliance status to management. 11. Promote a strong safety culture through continuous engagement and awareness activities.

1. Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished zippers for quality, durability, and compliance with specifications. 2. Check zipper type, size, color, tape, slider, teeth alignment, and finishing against approved samples. 3. Conduct functional tests including smoothness, locking performance, strength, and opening/closing cycles. 4. Identify, record, and report defects such as broken teeth, uneven stitching, poor plating, slider defects, or color mismatch. 5. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal QC procedures. 6. Coordinate with production, store, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues. 7. Prepare inspection reports, defect analysis, and corrective action follow-up. 8. Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of zippers. 9. Support supplier quality audits and improvement initiatives. 10. Maintain Housekeeping and safety in the inspection area.

While I was studying at college. I had done lots of workshop practice, like basic workshop practice, machine shop practice, engineering drawing, engineering materials, etc. During that time I joined a skill competition in 2014. Our team prepared a total of 5 projects. Counter detector, light dimming circuit, automatic door lock system, water level control, obstacle robot.
