Installation and commissioning of central and string solar inverter systems. Preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis of PV systems. Technical troubleshooting and on-site customer support. Preparation of service reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation. Monitoring system performance to ensure maximum plant efficiency. Training customers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance. Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve product performance.

Preparation of DGR and Monthly Report, work order, Fault Analysis Report, Maintenance Report, etc. Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance of Critical Equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown. Handling Operation and Maintenance of Solar Power Plant, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, SCADA Operations, Inverter, Solar PV Modules, Transformers, AC and DC Supply, etc. DC cabling from Structures to string combiner boxes and to the Inverters Knowledge of work practices, DC & AC cabling, termination of SMB & inverter. Testing of DC cable & AC Megger value, as well as DC cable, on-site independently. Preventive maintenance of inverters and problem-solving Operation and maintenance of a 100 MW solar PV plant and troubleshooting of problems persisting during operation and maintenance. Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules and planning them within the stipulated time period. Close monitoring of SCADA up to string level. Preparation of reports on plant availability and performance ratio. Knowledge of inverter troubleshooting and IGBT change. Technical analysis of PV systems, fault monitoring, fault analysis of PV systems and inverters. Experience in partial discharge (electrical equipment).
