Developing lean six sigma practice for continuous improvement as a site coordinator of Operation Excellence team at both manufacturing unit in Bangladesh. Arranging training & workshop about Act Now! building blocks & tools. Act Now! is a concept (which key objectives are – 1. Control – Process, 2. Alter – Behavior & 3. Delete – Waste) was developed by OE team which has six building blocks. ~ Ensuring accountability by standardizing process & leaders work, meeting, Gemba with purpose. ~ Improving visual control & visual management (5S). ~ Root cause analysis, Projects & kaizen, Plan maintenance, CLIT, Spare parts management and so on for Asset Care. ~ Arranging reward & recognition for OE activity. Supporting to achieve – safety goal “Zero Accident” by practicing EMS & OHSAS and MBEM (Marico Business Excellence Model) goals.

• Manufacturing area ~ Submitting modified assembly drawings and detail drawings of different parts including bill of materials of motorbike to R&D department. ~ Performing design calculation and making prototype of different parts for testing various mechanical properties. ~ Machine installment, trouble shooting & maintenance. • Assembling area ~ Process flow planning for Assembling process. ~ Planning for Assembly line (Layout, Line balancing, Manpower distribution, 5S implementation and so on). ~ Inventory planning for CKD store (Capacity planning, Layout, Manpower distribution, 5S & so on).

~ Increasing productivity (reducing the required time for selecting shipper or carton for giving order). ~ Planning layout (production floor & finished goods store). ~ Studying documentation and standard operation procedure and so on.
