Assisting planning, production & QC team to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity. Visiting factories time to time as per requirement. Attending pre-production meeting to clear all critical points to concern team. Updating WIP regularly & forwarding to buyer weekly. Preparing various managerial reports on daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis. Achievement: Substantial business growth from US$ 10 million in 2016 to projected 15 million in 2018 whose credit goes to our whole team. 99% on time shipment.

Analyzing the new query. Developing new product on knit item following new tech pack & design. Taking care of different sampling procedure & forwarded to buyer to arrange approval. Preparing various production reports. Carrying out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
