* RESPONSIBILITIES: * ♦ Production and on time shipment follow-up specially. * ♦ Styling/ Size set/Counter / PP/Shipment sample preparation follow-up and sending to Germany office (buying office) for final approval. * ♦ Salesman sample developments. (Marketing sample) * ♦ Time and action plan preparation to ship on time based on required lead time. * ♦ Production files preparation and submission to QAD for in-line and final inspection. * ♦ Proactive Communication with Supplier for correct styling sample preparation and timely production. * ♦ Purchased order release permission after final inspection to supplier to ship the goods. * ♦ Sample collection from different supplier for presentation during buying meeting. * ♦ New supplier sourcing and arrange meeting with them. * ♦ Different Physical and chemical test sample sending to SGS or BVCPS as per recommendation of technical dept.

* RESPONSIBILITIES: * ➢ To correspond with buyer. * ➢ Products development as per buyer’s requirement. * ➢ To prepare T & A plan. * ➢ To follow up the entire sample program (Development, Size set, Pre production, Photo, Production sample) as per buyer’s requirement from time to time. * ➢ Calculation the fabrics & accessories for price quotation. * ➢ New accessories development as per new order. * ➢ To prepare the production file. * ➢ Follow up & ensure quality of fabric, accessories, print & embroidery. * ➢ Monitoring bulk production time to time by following the production plan to meet the targeted shipment lead time. * ➢ Communicate with shipping dept to ensure that goods are on board on time.

* RESPONSIBILITIES: * ➢ To correspond with buyer. * ➢ Products development as per buyer’s requirement. * ➢ To prepare T & A plan. * ➢ To follow up the entire sample program (Development, Size set, Pre production, Photo, Production sample) as per buyer requirement from time to time. * ➢ Yarn, knitting, dying, cutting & production line booking as per production plan. * ➢ New accessories development as per new order. * ➢ To prepare the production file. * ➢ Follow up & ensure quality of fabric, accessories, print & embroidery. * ➢ Monitoring bulk production time to time by following the production plan to met the dead line. * ➢ To follow up garments delivery lead time. * ➢ Making communication with shipping dept to ensure that goods are on board on time.

* RESPONSIBILITIES: * ♦ Correspondence with buyer and vendor’s for Costing and order confirmation. * ♦ Marketing & Salesman sample developments. * ♦ After confirmed the order applying for LC through Cua internal software. * ♦ Download all the production details (Tech pack, BOM etc) form the buyer Web side (E-SPS and PLM) and follow-up on time shipment. * ♦ Styling/ Size set/Counter / PP/Shipment sample preparation follow-up and sending to USA (buying office) for final approval. * ♦ Proactive Communication with and buyer for timely production and Shipment. * ♦ IBS files preparation and Send to QA Team for PP meetin, in-line and final inspection. * ♦ Attend PP meeting before start the production. * ♦ Follow up different Physical and chemical test (BVCPS) as per buyer recommendation. * ♦ Sample collection from different supplier for presentation during buying meeting.
