• Designed and implemented a virtual capture the flag (CTP) challenge for an event. • Utilizing Network Security, Cryptography, and reverse engineering skills tools such as Wireshark, IDA Pro and OpenSSL • Collaborating with a team of developers resulting in 100+participants and an average completion time of 2 hours with positive feedback from stakeholders. • Assisted the team with ad hoc duties such as responding to queries, writing reports, and performing data extraction • Conducted risk assessments using FAIR-U (Quantitative Risk Assessments) to identify and prioritize potential security threats. • Led Threat & Vulnerability Management initiatives, resulting in a 75% reduction in security vulnerabilities across all systems and infrastructure. • Collaborated with relevant teams to implement incident response and recovery procedures, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents, resulting in a reduction in downtime during security incidents. • Acted as a primary point of contact for Information Security related matters and provided guidance to internal cyber security teams on best practices and compliance requirements.
