Role and Responsibilities • Managing parts of construction projects. • Overseeing building work. • Undertaking surveys. • Setting out sites. • Supervising contracted staff. • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales. • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and staff. • Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site. • Preparing site reports, bills, and filling in other paperwork. • Responsible for holding staff meetings and leading the team. • Checking all RCC work and coordinating with RCC consultant. • Interaction with Architect / Consultant /Contractors / Vendors on regular basis to deliver the desired performance. • Others. As working under the supervision of our client, i.e., Royal Oman Police(ROP), I gained huge experience and vast knowledge about the Quality of Work.
