• Leading the business unit's sourcing and procurement team for raw materials, goods, products, spare parts, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals to deliver the right product at the right time and quantity. • Responsible for forecasting production and supply needs in coordination with the departments and stakeholders and budgeting accordingly, as well as performing risk assessments on potential contract agreements and preparing procurement reports for higher management. • Responsible for managing logistics providers, CNF agents, freight forwarders, and coordinating foreign procurements for providing seamless operational support across the business unit. • Responsible for developing new and existing relationships with suppliers and coordinating with stakeholders to perform a proper procurement process. • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize shortages, and prevent overstock situations. Implement effective tracking systems and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency in inventory control.
