As a Senior BA at American Eagle Outfitters, it is my job to exceed customer service expectations to provide an unforgettable shopping experience. Part of my job includes making sure the store is stocked to perfection, and the merchandise is visually appealing to the customers by being in size order and folded neatly. My responsibilities as a senior BA include building sales, being knowledgeable about the product in the store, and creating loyalty and relationships with customers through loyalty programs.
