Material handling supervisor, manage productivity of 35-40 hourly employees, ensure training and certifications up to date, submit and file time card data for each employee, ensure production has raw materials necessary for super duty trim shop, conduct cycle counts when necessary, manage dock activity of received goods and outbound dunnage, investigate stock discrepancies, daily problem solving and critical thinking for more productive outcomes, manage employee attendance, discipline, and training requirements. Adjust manpower to support the production need.

Majoring in Exercise Science and Human Performance and continuing education fall 2017 with a masters of Exercise Physiology. Previous courses include: biomechanics, lab fitness evaluations, fitness assessment and prescription, anatomy & physiology I and II, principals of athletic conditioning, foundations of exercise physiology, human nutrition Currently ISSA personal trainer certified, will be recertified with ACSM certification post graduation, May 2017 CPR/AED certified 2015
