* The Content Services Team leader is responsible for: * Ensuring completion of BAU tasks for the Content Services operational areas. * Ensures that all content required for transmission is completed & meets required deadlines. * Provides support to the Content Services operational team in their set tasks & responsibilities, while ensuring departmental efficiencies & quality outputs are maintained. * Provides support to the Content Services & Broadcast Operations Management Team. * Took part on train the trainer for Content Factory project: Media Asset Management.

* SVOD (Subscription) * Monthly acquistion data entry into IBMS v6. Raising any faults well head to be fixed by On Demand. High attention to detail is required to reduce on air faults. * Creating individual offers for each title and correctly attaching pres templates, event profile groups and associated content before publishing. * Time managing your titles when sending for transcode as well as performing a proper QA/Preview before releasing for export. * Responisble for fault tracking your material and reporting it through Jira or resolving the problem yourself. * Preforming on device checks daily. * TVOD (Transactional) - The above plus * Relicensing monthly titles when the rights are approved by On Demand. * Assigning pricing to all titles across IQ and XBOX. * Liaising with NVOD and ON Demand for when material is ready to process. * Scheduling titles within weekly stunts. (Most Popular, New Releases, Spotlights and Weekly $1.00 movie)

* Ingest material and manage on K2 server systems. * Monitor material transfers through data transfer management systems. * Carry out videotape bar-coding, prepare tapes for transmission and load the Flexi-cart machines. * Spot-check videotape material and time codes to ensure FOXTEL tape standards are upheld. * Prepare next day tape requirements for transmission. Liaising with channels in regards to logs and missing material. * Prepare mobile, High Definition and 3D content for transmission. * Retrieve promos and ads via Adstream/Dubsat or Digi. * Prepare dub request and feeds for external clients.

* Handling tape requirements for clients, both internal and external. * Data entry into Broadcast Systems for tape tracking, deleting and tape retrieval. * Packaging and cataloguing of tape material for off-site storage and returning to clients. * Daily delivery and retrieval of material required for Broadcast Services to dispatch. * Responsible for attending to the Service Counter and all Client services. * Attended to Client phone calls and emails for all enquiries and issues.
