With over a decade of experience in US recruitment, I bring deep expertise in placing highly specialized talent across areas such as machine learning engineering, applied AI, data science, MLOps, and AI leadership. My background spans working with venture-backed startups through to global enterprises, enabling me to advise clients not only on hiring strategy but also on market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and team build-outs.
