Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations. Optimize inventory levels and demand forecasting. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate strategic contracts. Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency across the supply chain. Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements. Ensure supply continuity and manage supply chain risks. Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams.

 Search for suppliers.  Samples request.  Negotiation and prepare Contract.  Prepare Shipments Schedules.  Shipment followings.  Prepare Insurance.  Coordinate and prepare Bank Credits.  Studies & Analysis.  Suppliers Evaluation.  Prepare Government Documents if needed.  Coordinate with shipping companies and open account.  Prepare Purchase Orders.  Coordinate with Clearance office.

 Management of Qulity department , Mixing Department ,Production Department(Disinfectant ,Label ,Plastic) , Maintenance Department .  Solving Technical Problem .  Coordinate with Planning , W/ H , Procurement with Technical departments.  Preparation of Production Plane .

 Search for suppliers.  Samples request.  Negotiation and prepare Contract.  Prepare Shipments Schedules.  Shipment followings.  Prepare Insurance.  Coordinate and prepare Bank Credits.  Studies & Analysis.  Suppliers Evaluation.  Prepare Government Documents if needed.  Coordinate with shipping companies and open account.  Prepare Purchase Orders.  Coordinate with Clearance office.  Prepare MRP system .  Issue flexible PR.  Prepare flexible Weekly Planning Schedule  Prepare flexible production plan for two next month at least ( MPS ) .  Prevent any overstock happen + always keep Min. Q.  Evaluation the production weekly & monthly.  Analysis of Forecast & Request and comparing with last three month.  Following the stock of raw material.  Coordinate & follow the shipping of finish product

 Following the weekly plan.  Prepare the mixing order  Solve Technical problem in mixing product.  Lead the labor in the area.  Improving of the mixing way and the tools .  Maintenance the mixers.

 Test the raw material  Test packaging material.  Quality control line.  Quality Assurance  R&D  Stability of Product
