Compilation, modification and updating of production process plans based on received orders, current and anticipated stock status and development Coordination of professional activities related to traffic optimization a transportation within the management of logistics processes Continuous control of the actual state of production in connection with the current one production plan - customer requirements Regular updating of supplier information such as delivery times, product lines etc. Direct and indirect material ordering to ensure smooth production process Tracking materials during transport and solving related problems with suppliers Monitoring inventory and status of finished products and placing orders according to established production plans Records of material and finished production in the NAVision system (MS Dynamics NAV) Providing production planning data to ensure sufficient inventory products to cover orders Claims processing Planning and evaluation of activities related to purchasing and logistics company activity Participation in the design and improvement of production processes and cost reduction Receipt of orders, confirmation of material deliveries, invoices, from suppliers - customers and implementation - order processing Creation of new accounts, sellers, item numbers in the business system companies Preparation of documents with order confirmation, if necessary Price calculations of orders, preparation of invoices in cooperation with finance department Solving problems with quality, transport and after-sales services in cooperation with the relevant production department Searching, contacting, negotiating contractual terms with new ones also by current supplier companies and maintaining good ones supplier relations Checking, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services that have to buy

Responsibility for the smooth running of production, fulfillment of daily production on the basis of a set plan for production Setting priorities and ensuring the fulfillment of tasks in order to achieve the set goals Regular reporting to the company's management in English Communication with the quality and maintenance department Solving problem situations, taking corrective measures and their implementation Checking the discipline and correctness of employees' work procedures Division of employees into workplaces during work shift Operation, setting and management of production devices and equipment Adherence to production and technological procedures Quality control of input and output raw material

Leading a working group Supervision and coordination of production process activities Planning and organizing work in the assigned section of the production process Adherence to set time standards and deadlines, solving production downtime and errors in the production process Management of operational documentation Active assistance in training new employees Supervision of compliance with health and safety (occupational health and safety) regulations of assigned employees Management, motivation, selection and evaluation of subordinate employees
