Strategy & Innovation Lead
About
I am a finance, technology and innovation management strategist with experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects. I work with governments and private organizations to develop, deploy, and scale digital products and technologies that solve real problems and create public value. Through my work in development, I have impacted over 150,000 beneficiaries across multiple communities in Nigeria My research interest is on how management structures, digital systems, and institutional frameworks shape innovation, capability development, and long-term firm performance. I am particularly interested in corporate innovation strategy and emerging competencies under the influence of digitalization. Methodologically, I use applied econometrics and interpretive analytical techniques to study how firms build innovation capabilities and adapt to technological change. I also employ foresight methods and competency mapping techniques to analyze how digital transformation reshapes skills, organizational processes, and performance outcomes. I was awarded academic scholarships in Management (2024 & 2025) at HSE University, Moscow and the 2024 Bicentenary African Futures Scholarship at the University of Manchester. I was also a finalist for the 2024 DAAD Helmut Schmidt Programme at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy. I have served as Global Youth Ambassador of the Internet Society to the 2024 United Nations Internet Governance Forum, a Pan-African Youth Ambassador for Internet Governance, a 2024 OMYV Fellow of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Nigeria, and an ICANN83 NextGen. I am currently a Fellow of the Nigerian and Russian Schools of Internet Governance.
