I am the Managing Partner of The Hotelier Office (THO), the Kingdom's first Ministry of Tourism-licensed hospitality consultancy and home to Saudi Arabia's only Ministry of Justice-authorized expert in hospitality sector dispute resolution and attribution. With almost a decade of cross-disciplinary expertise spanning hotel development, construction project management, hotel operations, investment governance, and regulatory advisory, THO exclusively represents hotel owners, real estate investment funds, and government entities, reviewing, auditing, and challenging hotel operators with no conflict of interest across the full asset lifecycle. Our work covers the complete MoT hotel licensing and classification process, operator selection and HMA negotiation, pre-opening planning, mystery inspection and guest audits, feasibility studies, and owner-operator dispute resolution. We maintain institutional relationships across the Ministry of Tourism, Saudi Tourism Authority, Tourism Development Fund, and Khibrah Platform. Academic formation includes a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from CSULB, post-graduate consulting at PwC Middle East, and an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches, Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
