Since 2023, I have collaborated extensively with Education for Employment – Jordan (EFE-Jordan) as a certified trainer, designing and delivering a broad portfolio of capacity-building programs that support youth employability, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy across Jordan. These initiatives were implemented with the support of leading international and private sector sponsors, including UN Women, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), European Union (EU), Action contre la Faim (ACF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Western Union Foundation, Caterpillar Inc., and the Education For Employment Foundation. The training topics I have delivered cover a wide range of professional and entrepreneurial skills, including Job Readiness, Business Writing, Advanced Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship for Women, Marketing and Branding, Digital Marketing Strategies, Access to Finance, Access to Islamic Finance, Workplace Communication, Soft Skills and Leadership, Digital and Financial Literacy, and Professional Development Skills. These programs are typically conducted through three- to five-day intensive, interactive workshops that integrate experiential learning, real-world case studies, and project-based activities. They focus on building practical competencies in communication, leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, personal branding, financial planning, business modeling, and marketing strategy. Through these initiatives, I have directly empowered hundreds of young jobseekers, graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs across Jordan, helping them access employment opportunities, launch sustainable businesses, and strengthen their economic resilience.
