• Managing HR & Admin Director decisions in the Daleel platform, including leave applications, terminations, resignations, etc., and ensuring timely approvals. • Applying for emergency leave on behalf of employees and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. • Handling welfare and help desk requests for subcontracted employees under Jay, Jehan, and Mahara sponsorships, such as issuing letters, certificates, updating IBAN details, etc. • Following up with subcontractors to resolve employees’ requests and issues. • Managing and updating employee time schedules, project transfers, organizational units, and reporting managers through the Daleel platform. • Coordinating site injury cases, ensuring all required documents are available, and working with sponsors to process GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) benefits. • Collecting and distributing employee documents such as Iqamas, passports, and other relevant items. • Addressing and resolving employee welfare requests assigned through the Daleel platform. • Monitoring and updating employee records in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
