● Execute daily HR operations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law. ●Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. ●Monitor attendance, leaves, and calculate policy-compliant deductions. ●Apply disciplinary actions and handle administrative violations and investigations. ●Prepare and issue official warnings in accordance with approved procedures. ●Coordinate with payroll to review employee entitlements and deductions. ●Maintain and update employee records in government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI). ●Prepare periodic operational HR reports and support compliance requirements.
