Mary River Mine project - 1.3 Billion Dollars Located 500 km north the Arctic Circle with significant technical and logistical challenges. Mary River Mine expansion project include 110-km rail line, Ore handling facilities and modules, stacker reclaimer, Construction of Ore and Freight docks, Bridges and Piling, 40 Million Liters tank farm and 7 MW power generation facilities. - Safety/Environmental planning and review of all construction activities. Reviewing and editing JHA,JEA and LDF for approval by HSE and Site manager. - Overseeing quality program implementation by contractors to ensure specifications are being met. - Coordinating between operation and project activities. - Reviewing Construction Work Package and Scope of works and execution methods to establish the construction requirements, develop erection/interface strategies, budgets and schedules. - Responsible for 9+ contractors under various contract types (Lump sum, Time and Material, Cost plus, etc...) with a workforce of 460 employees and a fleet of 125 equipment. - Direct, Monitor and motivate subordinate contractors in performance and providing construction technical support as necessary to ensure project requirements are achieved

Oil refinery and Distribution Terminal • Develop and maintains professional working relationships with client and assist in efforts to acquire new project opportunities. • Track and control project schedules, invoice payments, extra work and budget. • Ensures project specification and quality plans are followed and delivering a quality job. • Ensures HSE requirements and zero incident policy are adhered to. • Maintains awareness of job progress and ensures overall profitability for each project. • Procurement and invoice follow up with suppliers • Plan and coordinate internal and external resources, including suppliers and sub-contractors for the project lifecycle. • Prepare scope of work, technical documents and packages for execution

• Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety policies; meeting Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Requirements. • Review and endorse daily production reports. • Maintain construction schedule to meet deadlines and target goals • Develop capital spending justifications and plans to support process improvements and address operational needs. • Supervise project construction at site and manage project scope. • Track production relative to budget values and work collaboratively with disciplines leads to meet or exceed budget targets. • Represent the company in meetings with the client and any interface with other contractors or subcontractors.

• Ensure the applicable design document for civil commodities is provided and changes are approved prior to implementation. • Review and approve major manpower and equipment mobilization and demobilization • Material take-offs and purchase requests. • Lead the preparation and implementation of the 3-week look-ahead and four-week rolling schedule and budget control. • Inspect site area for unsafe conditions, behaviors and practices and take appropriate corrective action to mitigate and eliminate. • Lead daily coordination meetings to coordinate between different disciplines.

• Establish coordinate and implement construction schedules, material and equipment requirements • Field manpower organization to ensure the jobsite organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel • Control jobsite expenditures in assigned area for labor, equipment, material and services while within budget • Manage and direct the work to be completed.

Performing field engineering duties with regards to Industrial operations including: - Civil work and inspections - Assist with construction schedule development - Daily,weekly and monthly progress reporting and quantities - Material takeoffs and purchase requests - Field layout and verification - Detailing and Drawing review - Coordinate operations with other department field engineers on a daily basis - Monitor and coordinate subcontractors operations

- Conducted Assessment analysis to identify high potential hydrokinetic sites. - Completed feasibility studies and site investigation. - Prepared Environmental Impact Assessment of single and multiple hydrokinetic turbines. - Oversaw scheduling and planning activities of turbine deployment. - Assisted in a Critical Design Review on the hydrokinetic turbine.

New Port Doha Container Terminal project (7.3 B$), undertook a rotation program on the following sections: infrastructure, buildings, roads and piling. -Coordinated with construction manager,superintendent and sub-contractors on a daily basis -Created, executed work schedules and ensured compliance with timelines. -Prepared construction method statements for consultant approval. -Responsible for reviewing shop drawings, Bending bar schedule, and raising requests for information. -Provided engineering and construction support for all site activities. -Identified design, constructability, procurement and resources problems. -Supervised quality assurance as well as health and safety standards. -Procured materials and tools based on the site forecast and needs.
