Accountabilities: Ambernath Plant • Mange Service Operations under Purchase department. - Manage the Ambernath Plant's service and repair work in collaboration with Maintenance, Production, Administration, and IT departments. • Vendor Management / Development for Service/ Repair - a) Following up with the vendor/supplier on the repair work and timely delivering the material to the appropriate department. b) Develop strong vendor management to ensure correct repair (with existing / new vendors) at a cheap cost and within the time frame set by the supplier. • Manage documentation of Service/ Repair - Create a PO / GRN for the repair work as needed, submit the invoice to the accounts team, and follow up to ensure payment from accounts to the vendor
