o Managing, Supervising & Directing Nursing staff ,Technicians and Paramedics in all KIMS HEALTH group units in Bahrain and in the tele -clinics in projects. (200 bed in two Secondary hospitals (Royal Bahrain Hospital & KIMS Health Hospital), 4 Medical centers and 5 tele - clinics in projects, 1000 Outpatient visit daily. o Plan programs, budget and resources required for the provision and Development of nursing services, technicians as well as managers and Controls its utilization. o Oversees and monitor nursing care provided and ensure Implementation of policy, procedures, standards and protocols in the hospital, medical centers, Tele-clinics and home care services. o Contribute to the development of the nursing quality initiatives by structuring and monitoring the nursing quality plan and the Key Performance indicators for each nursing service. o Lead the nursing team for ensuring complying with the high quality standards elements of the national and international Accreditation I.e. National Healthcare Regulatory Accreditation (NHRA), Australian Council on Health Care Standards International (ACHSI) and in preparation for the Magnet Nursing Accreditation. o Initiate and monitor nursing services quality scorecard for the KIMS Group hospitals and medical centers in the gulf region (Bahrain –Oman- Saudi Arabia & Qatar). o Promotes the integration of education and practice on the overall Planning of nursing services. o Provides leadership in critical thinking and conflict management within the nursing and technicians’ teams. o Prepare, apply and monitor the staff succession plan.

o Planning, designing, organizing, coordinating and implementing training for 700 Employees (Nursing, Medical and non-medical),Leadership development including Organizational Change Management, succession planning and Retention programs that is consistent with the organization strategic Plan, development and Training needs. o Working as liaison for performance and adult learning to all Departments to assess needs and identify learning and organizational Development solutions and represents the organization to external training agencies to recommend courses that is innovative, interactive and meets the learning objectives of the department manager that is Aligned with the organizations strategic plan.

Conducting training courses for healthcare professional’s specialization, Professional development & certification e.g. Certified Professional Safety Officer (C.P.S.O) while I was studying MBA.

- Participated in the process of establishing a premiere nursing educational program within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia of international caliber with Ulster University, UK for the Internship Nursing students. - Developed Internship program for clinical teaching and training for the internship nursing students. - Plans, coordinates, administrates and manages all students clinical placements and training required for the Internship program.

Managing Supervising & directing 250 nursing staff , processes to ensure quality & safe patient care in 6 specialized critical Care units and Emergency room.

- Directing and managing 210 nursing staff that are taking care of 1000 daily patients visit to the clinics. - Active member in many nursing and hospital committees I.e. Safety & Disaster, Nursing administration , pharmacy nursing , recruitment, performance improvement and quality - Preparing policies and procedures. - Implementing orientation and education program for newly hired nurses. - Developing unit specific competency program for the outpatient clinic nursing services. - Active member in the leadership team to prepare the nursed for many healthcare accreditation's I.e. ISO 9001, Armco accreditation ( American accreditation), Joint commission International Accreditation (JCIA), Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI). - Preparing and coordinating internship program for king Fahd University nursing students in Saad Specialist Hospital and outpatient clinic rotations 2007.
