Operating within the Information Technology department, I am a member of the Digital Transformation team, overseeing projects throughout Latin America, with a focus on Brazil, Peru, and Chile. As a Project Manager Consultant at Huawei Enterprises, I successfully led the project management of the fiber optic customer installation project for COPEL TELECOM. In this role, I was tasked with leading an internal team of 6 individuals and over 100 installation teams from a contracted partner company. My responsibilities included overseeing the schedule, scope, risks, and resources, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the project. Additionally, I played a key role in steering a strategic project for the deployment of an optical backbone for the RNP customer, in collaboration with energy transmission companies. In this context, I was responsible for the holistic management of the project, including schedule, scope, risks, and vendor service acquisition. In addition to these responsibilities, I held the position of Fulfillment Responsible for all ISP clients in Brazil. In this role, I provided comprehensive support for service demands and actively participated in the development of new projects, coordinating activities end-to-end. - Coordination of the instalation partners, field inspectors in activities of activation, withdrawal of alarms, installations and clean-up. RECURSUS ENGINEERING- RECURSUS ENGINEERING has been working with Design, Management, Subcontracting of Workmanship and Consultancy in all Brazilian. Position - Installation Coordinator -Responsible for acceptance, clean-up and installations of Huawei on Claro project 3G in Paraná and Santa Catarina states, including management of a 05 people staff and subcontractors installation teams, giving directions for the next deadline. Always reported to the Region Project Manager. Developed a clean-up and acceptance process, working together infrastructure and documentation coordinator. Coordinated the clean-up team focused on acceptance planning and expected results established by Huawei. Coordinated the installation team focused on Claro activation targets, managing resources, delivery of material and stated periods of execution.

Nextel network implantation in São Paulo state, managing our own installation team and subcontractors, executing all infrastructure, RF, Power and equipment installation on each site, according to the owner planning. Responsible for the clean-up on 73 sites on center-west region, at a Nokia Siemens Swap project, managing material and 10 people staff and one sub-region office at Goiânia city.
