Being the head of Human Resources and Administration department within China, providing full scope of efficient HR support and services to the organization including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration: 1. Actively chase the development and delivery of HR strategic and annual operational HR objectives locally 2. Work closely with the business head to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational structure design or review 3. Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes , ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant 4. Develop a strategic recruitment plan, implement recruitment activities and promote GEODIS employer branding in a most effective and efficient way 5. Develop, implement and evaluate employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs including but not limited to management development, talent management, succession planning 6. Build up effective training system like annual training plan ,training budget planning ,meanwhile making training feedback / evaluation system more effective 7. Partner with leaders to reduce labor-related risks 8. Implement annual performance management program locally 9. As strong advocator in employee communication and engagement to underpin GEODIS value and behaviours embedment in the daily business activities 10. Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program 11. Set up reporting system and compile management reports and statistical analysis to ensure employees and managers have access to accurate and timely data, systems and information 12. Cultivate open, transparent , formal and informal two-way employee communication channels (top down & bottom up) 13. Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

1. Coordinates order processing and logistic activities with customers, suppliers and forwarders to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries, provide flexible export solutions 2. Good communications internally and external, monitor the logistics activities from 3PL and intercompany to understand their needs or inquiry and support with reliable solutions and innovation ideas. 3. Responsible for supplying the correct documentation and instructions to Customs, control importation process in a smooth way 4. Drive root-cause analysis and reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and manage improvements across our supplier base 5. Build up high efficient professional team to handle any challenges during daily work and ad hoc requirements from customers; 6. As company’s culture ambassador to influence staffs and be the role model within department

1. Responsible for the delivery planning, work with LSP to arrange the delivery for outbound to ensure the delivery in time as the requirements of plant and customer. 2. Responsible for the operation in SAP system related to logistic affairs to prepare the documents for shipment booking and customs declaration. 3. Responsible for logistic cost settlement. Check and confirm the billing list and invoice for cost posting with correctly and timely. also verify and confirm the additional logistic cost, then record the reasons to analysis whether we can avoid it happen again for cost control. 4.
