Essential Functions ● Validate marketing forecast and/or load plan and ensure it is achievable through rough cut capacity. ● Recommend alternative course of action as part of closed loop process to reconcile differences between load plan and unconstrained demand. ● Responsible for executing Profit Plan targets for Stock Fill Rate, On Time Performance, Freight Cost, Load Attainment, Data Accuracy, Customer Lead-Time and other key metrics as required by site and divisional leadership. ● Enable production schedulers to drive factory planning process. ● Direct link to central planning group as applicable. ● Adheres to standard processes for the department as established by site leadership and/or divisional strategies. ● Managing inventory stocking strategy (kanban, ROP, etc). ● Maintain adequate Finished Good inventory levels as per changes in demand. ● Responsible for data coding and integrity in ERP and/or order management system. Customer Services support: ● Timely response/ Proactive feedback to miscellaneous customers/Eaton care for the productions lines assigned. ● Verify the orders that are due to receive it’s daily released from the vista system. ● Calculate delivery dates for product orders, warehouses "Fill Rate" and Non-Stock. ● Check the requirements for internal and external customers, in order to ensure timely shipment of goods in compliance with the previously assigned date. ● Monitor daily stock metric and NS Fill Rate On time Performance, information Fill Rate, Advance Warning shipping delay, Schedule Compliance, Expedite Responses aligning departmental teams. ● Maintain effective communication process with internal and external customers (Vista Online Expedite, E-mail, telephone) ● Provide response to customers (internal and external) within a predetermined optimal. ● Create and update daily customer orders records via Eaton Care. ● Notify production lines on customer priorities and emergencies.

● Analyze weekly demand changes impact to materials requirements within the portfolio assigned and develop strategies to mitigate risk. ● Creation of reports, helping to monitor and detect anomalies for the department KPI. ● Set up and keep updating every week items planning data in system to maintain and optimize the information sent to suppliers weekly, providing forecast and submitting POs (supplier schedule) according to the continuous demand changes. ● Maintain PO for dates and Quantity to remain current. ● Maintain/update electronic data tools to track materials in transit from domestic and international vendors into Dominican Republic. ● Follow up on materials analysis to avoid excess and develop the warehouse transformation initiatives. ● Lead materials availability (Allocation) to the materials production scheduling teams to acknowledge customer orders build/ship dates. ● Analyze, resolve and create strategy with the materials pending to be receive due to issue with POs, documentation (Invoice, COC…) and quantities not matching. ● Send annual forecast to suppliers per quarter. ● Analyze root cause for inventory discrepancy working with multifunctional teams such as warehouse, production, engineering, to solve the issue causing the discrepancies. ● Escalate any supplier issues with the functional team to ensure an operations impacts are mitigated.

• Prepare monthly and/or weekly production planning (MPS). • Follow up on compliance with the daily production program. • Coordinate the provision of inputs and raw materials to comply with the production plan (MRP). • Create supply policies for raw materials and materials to avoid stock outages. • Control and report production compliance indicators (KPI). • Carry out qualitative and quantitative analyzes of the variables involved in the production processes in order to detect opportunities for improvement. • Through the help of computer tools, determine the optimal production quantity and take appropriate measures to avoid interruptions in production.

• Inspect raw materials, supplies and/or returns that are registered in the company according to specifications. • Carry out monthly statistical control of raw materials, and quality behavior of suppliers. • Manage non-conformities of raw materials and packaging materials. • Receive and control quality certificate reports for raw materials and packaging that enter the facilities. • Carry out monthly audits of order, cleanliness and industrial safety. • Provide support in the execution of continuous improvement projects in the area.

• Provide logistical and administrative support to the service supervisor. • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual management reports. • Project management assistance. • Document manager for customer files. • Assistance in managing improvements, creating process diagrams, and updating procedures and policies. • Among other required procedures.

• Conocer el perfil del supply chain manager y la estructura y los modelos organizacionales para la gestión de la empresa logística. • Desarrollar un plan económico financiero para la empresa logística internacional. • Diseñar e implementar una red logística internacional y gestionar la cadena de suministros de la empresa. • Poseer la capacitación en la selección, evaluación y negociación con proveedores. • Ser capaz de gestionar inventarios y aprovisionamientos para generar valor en el flujo logístico internacional. • Desarrollar e implementar los sistemas de información logísticos actuales para la gestión de la cadena de suministros. • Conocer los mercados internacionales y la función logística en un entorno globalizado y comprender el aporte estratégico de la función operativa para la mejora de la competitividad.
