• Responsible for building and managing relationships with key suppliers and identify global strategic sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings, identify and impact efficiencies and support growth strategies. • Responsible for sourcing strategy development and projects execution to mitigate business risk, driving into a process standardization. • Negotiate, establish and monitor supplier agreements as prices, payment terms and incoterms. • Responsible of escalate with vendors late purchase orders to meet production plan and ship dates for customers. • Coordinate and evaluate vendors performance of capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness. • Search of new suppliers/materials to support innovation and security of supply, lead negotiations, and continuously search for methods to improve quality, delivery, and cost. • Perform procurement cost analysis and set appropriate project benchmark targets. Actively participate in cost-reduction, own and drive projects to achieve metric of 50 KUSD per month. • Manage projects by working with cross-functional teams to achieve and drive project execution to meet procurement performance targets.

• Buyer of critical components with long lead time and have a communication with the planners and suppliers to achieve timely delivery of materials, identifying the critical components and expedite to avoid line down. • Review inventory discrepancies and take actions to avoid in the future. • Implementation of JIT and KANBAN in packaging material to reduce inventory levels and ship customer orders on time. • Ensure quick resolution to customer priority changes or potential production problems and coordinate appropriate recovery actions. • Monitor and maintain the planning parameters to ensure proper order generation. • Achieve cost, lead time and inventory levels reduction. • Implementation and follow up metrics and processing with purchasing team and warehouse. • In charge of transfers of new production lines, related with raw material and new suppliers.

Buyer of necessary materials in the production line according to the date scheduled and have a communication with suppliers to achieve timely delivery of materials, identifying the critical components and expedite to avoid line down. • In charge of packaging plan in order to ship customer orders on time in a JIT environment. • Direct communication with suppliers for quotation and reduction of prices. • Maintaining Oracle parameters as required to meet with service levels: Safety stocks, Purchasing parameters. • Monitor inventory levels of raw material at the distribution center and expedite with suppliers. • Monitor DOH and MRB inventory • Invoice resolution.

• Scheduling a production line to meet business goals. • Management of production order dates based on capacity and components availability in order to reflect accurate ship dates for customers and current requirements for suppliers. • Provide customer care with timely and accurate ship dates for expedites. • Monitor production plan execution and work with appropriate groups to resolve issues impacting service. • In charge of providing production lines necessary materials according to the date scheduled in ETO environment, have a communication with the planners and suppliers to achieve timely delivery of materials. • Identify critical parts and expedite to avoid line down. Escalating with purchasing team when needed. • Maintaining SAP parameters as required in order to meet with service levels: Safety stocks, Reorder points, Purchasing parameters, Material master parameters. • Monitor inventory levels of raw material and DOH and drive action to reduce. • Monitor MRB inventory reduction ($110K) by negotiating with supplier’s return of materials. • Track excess and obsolete inventory and coordinate actions to reduce. • Invoice resolution. • Lot size negotiation with vendors to optimize warehouse space.
