As a member of the New Business team, was responsible for developing new water treatment projects with the company's client portfolio, analyzing the market, trends, and proposing solutions for each of the markets in which it operates, leading from project construction to delivery/homologation, with national and international operations. Key activities: + Analysis of client portfolio VS potential new business + Looking at market trends, proposing new solutions/techniques for water treatment + Building project proposals, designing solutions and pricing each one + Participation in all negotiations with the client, whether in Brazil, Colombia, Panama or the USA + Interface with the Engineering/Operations team, analyzing scenarios, area studies, etc + Quality management of the entire delivery process, ensuring operational efficiency + Controlling the project budget, acting on deviations and needs + Searching for new technologies, developing relationships with national and international suppliers + Presenting results to direct leaders VS clients

Responsible for analyzing samples of fungi & bacteria, and their properties, in order to build diagnoses and proposals for action to reduce chemical products during production days. Key activities: + Analysis of the Amazonian soil fungi family, and their properties + Selecting fungi, testing them in laboratories and soils, and generating reports + Analysis of temperature, controlled environments, etc + Creating associations between fungi and soybean plants + Conducting projects to promote ecologically sustainable agriculture + Presenting results to leadership
