 Planned, coordinated & implemented Mother Dairy Quality Systems for Pan India manufacturing locations (25+ plants) for Milk Product Category.  Assessed Product manufacturing plants w.r.t. GMP, Quality, Food Safety to ensure sustainability of system implementation at site and to guide the plant for improvement.  Conducted Internal Audit and periodic milk product sampling across Manufacturing locations / Central HUB/ C&FA.  Provided technical support for New Projects and Manufacturing Line approval for Quality & Food Safety Aspects.  Developed training modules and provided training on Quality & Food safety management system to cross functional teams.

 Prepared and reviewed quality specifications, quality SOPs, Work Instructions of Fruits &Vegetables for procurement and finished product and established quality systems from sourcing to selling point.  Conducted quality audits / gap analysis for Direct to Home (DTH) operations.  Provided technical inputs to desig team for development of F&V Vending Box / Cart, Rickshaw and Push Carts and Conducted developmental trials on DTH vending carts/ TMS box for various products like F&V, Frozen Products, Fishes, Meat, Chicken etc using suitable PCM.

 Developed Specifications of Fresh Fruit & Vegetables Specifications for Domestic and Export Market requirements, SOP's, work instructions & guidelines for handling at Field and Packhouses and its documentation.  Trained work men/staff regarding GLOBALGAP, SOP's, GMP, Hygiene, EHS, QMS.  Prepared EUREP GAP Manual and ISO-22000:2005 for Audit and supported for certification for ACE Packhouse.

 Conducted Physico-chemical & Microbiological analysis and Sensory evaluation of Paneer & various kinds of Cheese specialties (Spreads, Portions, GnG and CPC etc.), Analysis of Raw & Packing material, Online Process Control, implemented the GMP & HACCP etc.  Assisted R&D team for quality analysis and development of new products (Cheese and Paneer), with new recipes and compositions.

 Conducted Analysis (Physico-chemical and Microbiological) & Sensory evaluation of Ice cream and Frozen Desserts, Raw & Packing material related products.  Monitoring Online Process Control, Mix Processing, Housekeeping Activities, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP implementation, etc.  Responsible for launch of new products under guidance of Hindustan Unilever Research Centre (HLRC), Bangalore.
