In addition to existing responsibilities, I was leading business critical projects as key designer and architect which include building a new Workflow system to be shared by various other technology teams in our department. Responsible for development and support of new infrastructure for compliance which includes surveillances, daily and monthly reports for regional managers and senior management. In all projects assigned to me, my responsibilities include but not limited to requirement gathering, designing system, implementing, testing and production deployment. I usually worked with the global team size of 2-3.
